 In the 20th century during the world war ll arisen  the human rights in a global society was  emphasizing on the rights of citizens Since the 1970s, the movement arose and has emphasized the importance of human rights education for the sustaining of  such human principles. The Human rights receive less emphasis in the history of civics or social science, Human rights associated with the students. The active students are indicators of national development through positive effects of human rights.Global power is standing to support and empowered an individual and also argue.

The government’s are facing economic and social obligations through challenges of upcoming approaches for this purpose. Development of these approaches should raise questions on  these rights For the last two decades.The countries of Central and the development of human rights faces three main challenges (1) propose of human rights advocacy (2) deployed within civic education, (3) encourage civic participation.

The article is identifying interesting connections between the organizational values  and their concepts of human rights . Organizational values are discussed through their way to handled each organization. Organizational values and the corresponding perceptions of ‘good’ human rights work are found to differ between organizations.
